Jackson Oakley's Music

I'm a Singer-Songwriter from Los Angeles, California. I started writing lyrics when I was 13, and struggled finding an outlet to express myself. So I started piano lessons when I was 17 to learn how to write the music half, and by the time I was 19 decided, that it was the path I wanted to go down in Community College. So I enter the music major at Pasadena City College, and transferred to California State University of Northridge's Music Industry major. My favorite genres are 2000s Alt Rock, British New Wave, and Punk, and some of my favorite artists are Weezer, Pink Floyd, Squeeze and Arcade Fire.

I'm looking to improve myself, and want to play live music, collaborate with other songwriters, and join a band. Feel free to hit me up!
